Day 52: Undara to Lake Eacham

Hooray, it has finally happened. I have offically been replaced, sacked, told I am not needed when connecting the car to the caravan. The boy does a better job. It must be a man to man thing.

After the men of the family hooked up the caravan, we were on the road. We stopped at Millstream Waterfall (No pics posted -I think you have seen enough waterfalls from us ) then to Windy Hill Wind Farm (Go Bombers-2012).
Windy Hill Wind Farm has reduced Australia's greenhouse gas emissions by 25,000 tons per year since 2000.

After a few more stops (at Ravenshoe and Atherton), we finally checked into a small traditional caravan park in Lake Eacham. Before setting up, the children had been invited to feed the park animals- goats, ducks, parrots,a turkey, guineafowl and a very angry pig named Porkchops. I personally loved to watch the guineafoul. The owner of the park explained that the guineafowl help to keep the snake numbers in the park down - I love the guineafowl a little bit more after that.

And there is one more important thing that happened today, Bridget is now missing 2 front teeth.
